-my great uncle passed from lung ca, for some reason lung ca is difficult to catch in it's early stages. And by the time you're diagnosed there isn't much the doctors are able to do.

***Prostate Cancer Awareness Month***

-I don't know much about this. I believe it's hard to catch, and it goes hand in hand with colon cancer. I know this because after being diagnosed with colon cancer the doctors wanted to check my uncle for prostate cancer. I don't think he ever did it though :{

-Unfortunately, I'm seeing first hand the effects of diabetes. And not only am I at risk because diabetes runs in my famiy. But my chances for diabetes double because I have extra weight, and because of my nationality. I guess that means my chance are triple not double.

And finally kudos to Jenny M for completing her 1st marathon. Jenny ran the nike 26 mile marathon in honor of a friend living with cancer. Wow!!! How awesome is that!!!!
